“When undertaking a new fit-out and design of something that you have been planning for many months it can be easy to get caught up with inspiration from Instagram, Pinterest and from visits to other venues. When we looked at putting together a brief for the new Wicklow Wolf Taproom at our brewery we wanted to build a home to showcase our brand and bring the essence and philosophy of the brand to life. When we met Sarah in Anekdote and showed her around the space she quickly began to understand our vision and what we were trying to do.
Sarah was very helpful in distilling our ideas into clear, concise and creative mood boards that captured exactly the look and feel that we wanted to create in our taproom. Throughout the entire process from concept, design and fit-out Sarah has been a phenomenal help and crutch to us to bring this vision to life. From providing drawings, detailed lists of materials and furnishings, to helping source materials Sarah was very hands-on and steered us in the right direction.
